Grants for Culture
Espoo awards annual grants for cultural activities and project grants as well as work grants for artists. Annual grants are intended for cultural communities in Espoo. Project grants support arts and culture programmes in different areas of the city. Work grants for professional artists in Espoo are also available. Cultural grants are applied for either electronically or by submitting an application to the City of Espoo Registry Office. Please read the application dates and grant conditions carefully before submitting your application. The award of grants is decided by the Culture Committee, and the evaluation is based on the city's strategic guidelines.

Cultural Grants Clinic is a counselling event open to everyone. The event will provide you with information about the City of Espoo’s cultural grants and advice on how to apply for them. The next clinic will be organised in March-April 2024.
