The Espoonlahti swimming pool is a true paradise for fitness swimmers and aquajoggers.
The Espoonlahti swimming pool is the main centre for water sports in Espoo, ideal for international swimming and water polo competitions and events. There are seats for 400 spectators. The swimming pool was built in 1983 and is a true paradise for fitness swimmers and aquajoggers.
Visitors can also attend virtual Hydrohex aqua fitness classes, which are included in the swimming pool entrance fee. Note! Due to a defect in the lifting base of the swimming pool, the bottom of the pool has been left in the lower position. The pool depth is about 2-2.2m when the bottom is in the lower position. For this reason, Hydrohex aqua fitness classes are also currently deep water classes.
On the same premises, there is also a gym, a strength training facility, a café, physiotherapy services, a hair salon and a meeting room for about 15 people. You can book the meeting room through the city's resource booking system.
All the facilities are accessible.
