There are five indoor swimming pools in Espoo, the newest of which is the Matinkylä swimming pool opened in spring 2022.
Gyms

There are several football halls in Espoo, some of which are largely used by the clubs’ own teams.

The Espoo Sports and Exercise Services maintain the Espoonlahti ice arena, but there are also other ice arenas in Espoo. The city provides free public skating times each year in several ice-skating arenas.

In addition to athletics and the most common ball games, the sports halls are suitable for activities such as gymnastics, sport shooting and budō arts.

You can skateboard at the Tuulimäki Skateboard Hall even in winter, which means that skateboarding is possible in Espoo year round
