The City of Espoo’s facility and course bookings will be transferred to a new system in November
The City of Espoo’s facility and course booking system will change in November, which will affect the booking of sports facilities, school and youth facilities, camping centres and various courses.
When the system changes, there will be an interruption of a few weeks in the processing of facility applications, course registrations and cancellations. According to the preliminary plan, the current facility and course booking system will be discontinued on 26 October 2026. After that date, the City of Espoo’s employees will no longer be able to process applications or registrations in the system.
The processing interruption will continue until the new system is introduced. However, clients can still log in to the current system, view their own data and reservations until 11 November 2026.
The new facility and course booking system will be opened on 11 November, after which all facility and course bookings will be made in the new system. The facility booking and course information, as well as client data will be transferred from the old system to the new one automatically.
