Gym rules

  • The season wristband is personal and you should always log in when arriving at the gym
  • The minimum age for training at the gym is 15 years
  • Keep the gym tidy and in order and have good manners
  • Wear appropriate workout clothes and wash them regularly
  • Consider other gym users
  • Let other trainer use the equipment while you are taking a break
  • Return barbells, dumbbells etc. to their designated places after use
  • Use a towel and wipe the equipment after the use
  • Keep your voice down and go outside of the gym for a phonecall
  • Ask for help if you do not know how to use the equipment
  • Inform the staff of any broken equipment
  • Follow the staff instructions
