Register as a job seeker
- If you become unemployed or are laid off, register as a job seeker in the E-services at Job Market Finland. If you are unable to register in the E-services, you can register using a paper form at the Sello or Piispanportti office.
Well-being during unemployment
- There are many ways to increase one’s own well-being and maintain one’s work capacity during unemployment. Ask for advice and support for everyday life with a low threshold.
