HeRoHub HR Community
HeRoHub is a professional community for HR, recruitment, leadership, and people & culture professionals.
The name HeRoHub stands for the “heroes” of working life — those who play a key role in developing organizations, inspiring change, advancing international recruitment, and building inclusive, future-ready workplaces.
Created by Espoo Talent Hub and TA Café Helsinki, the community is open to HR professionals across Finland and internationally. It covers a broad range of HR topics, with a strong focus on international recruitment, inclusive workplace practices, and multicultural teams. As a closed community, HeRoHub is open only to those with HR-related experience, ensuring a safe and trusted space for peer-to-peer exchange, professional discussions, and sharing of best practices.
Through its events and discussions, HeRoHub explores new approaches to recruitment, workplace culture, and employee experience. By supporting employers in attracting and integrating international talent, the community contributes to building a more diverse and competitive labor market in Finland.
Members can take part in professional afterworks, thematic sessions with expert speakers, and community events such as the summer picnic and “Little Christmas party” gathering. Most activities are organized in Otaniemi, Espoo, with part of the program also available online.

To keep the community safe and relevant, only professionals with a clear connection to HR, recruitment, leadership, or related fields are admitted.
