Thank you for being part of our HR Meetup “The Future of Workplace Culture in Finland”
Workplace culture in Finland is evolving. Hybrid work environments, responsible AI adoption, changing communication norms and increasingly multicultural teams are reshaping how organizations perform and retain their best people. Companies that adapt early strengthen engagement, trust and employer attractiveness. Those that don’t may face growing challenges and the risk of losing key talent.
This HR interactive meetup 27.4.2026 was designed for employers and decision-makers: HR, TA, People and Culture professionals, CEOs, founders and business owners, who want practical perspectives on communication, cultural intelligence and leading change in a sustainable, people‑focused way.
Participants have gained concrete insights, simple tools and real examples to improve workplace culture.

✨AI is taking over the transactional side of HR: data, analysis, automation, and predictable processes.
But during organizational change, the most important work is still deeply human. It lives in what remains unsaid, unwritten, and unshared: emotions, power relations, trust, resistance, informal alliances, hidden fears, and the subtle dynamics that shape real behavior inside teams and organizations.
These are the areas where change efforts often succeed or fail.
This workshop focuses on exactly that space.
