Gyms
The Sports and Exercise unit maintains several gyms located throughout Espoo, for example in swimming pools and sports halls. At some of the gyms, we also offer guided activities, such as instruction on how to use the gym equipment.

- The season wristband is personal and you should always log in when arriving at the gym
- The minimum age for training at the gym is 15 years
- Keep the gym tidy and in order and have good manners
- Wear appropriate workout clothes and wash them regularly
- Consider other gym users
- Let other trainer use the equipment while you are taking a break
- Return barbells, dumbbells etc. to their designated places after use
- Use a towel and wipe the equipment after the use
- Keep your voice down and go outside of the gym for a phonecall
- Ask for help if you do not know how to use the equipment
- Inform the staff of any broken equipment
- Follow the staff instructions

These season tickets are sold at swimming halls and at Espoo Service Points. There are no cashier services at Olari indoor swimming pool.

The period of validity of a season ticket begins either when it is used for the first time, or 90 days after after it has been bought at the latest.
Additional swimming hall fee will be charged at swimming hall gyms.
Discounted prices are for:
- customers under the age of 18
- pensioners
- students
- unemployed,
- conscripts
- persons undergoing non-military service
- crisis management veterans
- Special groups that are eligible for Special exercise wristband or Special swimming wristband
Accepted payment methods include cash, Visa and MasterCard payment cards, SmartumPay mobile application, Edenred mobile payment, Edenred card, and ePassi.
When buying wristband with an employment benefit an additional wristband fee will be charged, because you can only pay services with employment benefits.

These wristbands are sold only at swimming pools. Price includes swimming. There are no cashier services at Olari indoor swimming pool.

In the webshop you can buy normal priced serial and season tickets for swimming pools and gyms. You need to have a wristband and a user account before you can buy these products. You can create your own user account at the swimming pool ticket sales or Espoo city's information points.
