Local detailed plansTapiolaLead The aim of the town planning is to renovate the architecturally valuable Heikintori shopping centre and explore the possibility of additional construction on top of it, mainly for housing. The multi-storey car park will be demolished and replaced by housing and underground parking. Maintenance activities in the area will be moved underground. The participation and assessment scheme and preparation material were available for public review 7.10.–5.11.2024.
