Join an information event on the procurement of cultural services for children, youth, and the elderly in Espoo

Art and cultural services are procured through the dynamic supplier register for the following operational models:

• Culture Call for children aged 3–5 in public and private daycare centers
• KULPS Culture Path for pre-primary and basic education students
• Culture Path for upper secondary education
• Culture Chain for the elderly in nursing homes, service houses, centers, and libraries operating in the Espoo area

We will organize an information event for art and cultural service providers interested in the dynamic supplier register on 3 December 2024 from 14:00 to 14:45. The session will be held on Teams. Register for the session and the procurement mailing list using this Webropol form(external link, opens in a new window). Registrants will receive a link to the session via email the day before.

The information session will be held in Finnish and will not be recorded.

Registration for the dynamic supplier register opens for new art and cultural service providers in December 2024. Registration closes in mid-January 2025. The exact dates will be announced later.

Note: The information event is primarily aimed at new operators who are not yet in the register.
