Did you know that you can log in to our feedback service?
Last year, we received more than 36,000 messages through our feedback service at espoo.fi/feedback, in other words almost 100 messages per day. Some people have been disappointed that they cannot respond to the messages they receive through the feedback service. However, now it is possible.
If you log in when sending feedback, you can see all the feedback you have sent and the related responses. If you want, you can comment on the responses or ask for further information. We may also contact you to ask for more detailed information. This will ensure that you get an accurate response.
You can create a username on the homepage of the feedback service(external link, opens in a new window) under “Log in”. If you need help, you can contact Espoo Info’s chat or telephone service.
Logging in is not required and you can still give anonymous feedback if you want. If you choose not to log in, you will receive our response by email. However, please note that you cannot respond to these emails.
If your matter is urgent, we recommend that you contact our customer service.
Snow ploughing and gritting remain popular topics
The number of feedback messages has increased each year. During the Covid year 2020 we did, however, receive fewer messages. Our aim is to respond to feedback messages within five working days and we usually do meet this goal. During busy periods, for example during heavy snowfalls, you may have to wait longer for a response.
Last year, we received 36,138 feedback messages, most of which were related to street maintenance and the environment. The most popular topics are snow ploughing in the winter and grit removal and full litter bins in the spring. We also get a lot of feedback on sports facilities. People have been particularly happy with the maintenance of ski tracks.
On our website, you can find several ‘Frequently asked questions’ sections:
Frequently asked questions about snowploughing and winter maintenance
Frequently asked questions about environmental issues (in Finnish)
Frequently asked questions about ski tracks and ice-skating fields
You can find more FAQs on the espoo.fi website by searching for “frequently asked questions”.
