If you have questions about the City of Espoo’s services, you can contact a service adviser, for example, through a video chat.

You can access the video chat through the City of Espoo’s chat and telephone services webpage. When you have chosen the video chat, a real person will appear on your computer screen to answer your questions.

Service adviser Meri Pohjola says that senior citizens have also found the video chat. They are delightfully curious and interested in learning new things.

“The service is more personal through the video chat because you are face to face with real people. This makes the advice more personal. At the same time, it increases the sense of security as you can see who you are talking to,” says Pohjola.

A service adviser can share their own screen and show concretely how to use a certain online service, for example. Screen sharing is a convenient way of giving all kinds of digital support.

“Video chat is particularly handy for those who need instant help with something. Personally, I like to go straight to Espoo Info if I need support in anything,” says Mattila.
