As the capital of children and young people, we reach more than 60,000 children and young people from Espoo and their guardians every day in the Growth and Learning Sector. We are developing a successful and consistent path to growth and learning together with the children, young people, their guardians and our personnel. The results of our work are visible in the everyday lives of children and young people and in their future.Diverse and multiprofessional work communities are our resources that encourage experimenting, development and cooperation. Our management culture is appreciative and supports the continuous learning of the work community as well as the personnel's opportunities to exert influence. More than 8,000 professionals work in the Growth and Learning Sector in early childhood education and care, comprehensive school education, upper secondary education, and Swedish culture and liberal adult education.
