Rebekka Gotter is an R&D Recruiter at RELEX Solutions, a Finnish software company operating globally. With a background in history and languages rather than technology, she has spent a lot of time figuring out how AI can practically improve day-to-day recruiting work, without a technical bone in her body.

Meri-Tuuli is a Senior P&O Manager at Zalando Finland Oy, specializing in employment lifecycle topics. During her tenure at Zalando, she has seen the evolution of the modern workplace, gaining insights into how organizational culture and people operations adapt during periods of growth and transformation. She is passionate about creating excellent employee experience and focuses on balancing operational excellence with a human-centric approach to HR.

Uncertainty, pressure, and constant change are now part of everyday work, and many workplaces are operating in survival mode. In this workshop, we explore how this fight-or-flight-mode affects business success, and what can we do about it!

We’ll explore the role of individual psychology as well as leadership and culture in creating a sense of safety in an environment that seems to be burning. The session combines psychological insights, self-reflection, and practical actions. The goal is that you can start making small but meaningful changes in your own organisation right away.

Salla Ibrahim is a psychologist, coach, and co-founder of Laavu Performance. Together with her team, she works with leaders and teams to build the psychological capabilities needed for high performance in demanding environments.

With a background in organizational psychology and HR - as well as experience coaching business leaders and building a growth company herself - Salla brings a practical and grounded perspective to her work. She is known for her ability to translate complex psychological concepts into clear, actionable steps, while also engaging people in deeper self-reflection and personal growth.

She is also a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator, executive leadership coach, and community builder, as well as a recognised speaker and trainer, known for bringing together TA leaders and shaping conversations around leadership, cultural intelligence, and the future of work.

His work is grounded in pragmatism and simplicity, and designed around how organisations operate in practice. He's a Certified ScrumMaster and is currently training towards his ICF coaching certification.
