City of Espoo organizes several TalentMatch recruitment events  annually to help employers and international talents find and meet each other.

EURES services offered by TE-offices organize on-line jobdays(external link, opens in a new window) where employers can find candidates from all over Europe (linkke EOJD-sivuille)

Business Finland organizes Fast Track recruitment campaigns outside of Finland(external link, opens in a new window). City of Helsinki continues to develop the successful City as a Service campaign(external link, opens in a new window) which offers employers an opportunity to attract talent from abroad.

City of Espoo also works closely with professional immigrant communities in Finland. Joint projects with the city and NGOs also offer employers an opportunity to tap into the local as well as global talent networks.

City of Espoo provides recruitment services to employers free of charge. We can search for profiles in our pool of 18 000 jobseekers. Nearly half of them are people working with acquired and developing Finnish language skills, a significant number of them with academic qualifications and extensive international work experience. To tap into these pools you can contact business coordinators at Omnia Skills Center and Competence Center for highly educated immigrants.
