Monitoring of bathing water quality

Bathing water monitoring

We regularly monitor the quality of bathing water. Check the Water quality at beaches and winter swimming spots page for information on, for example, algae levels. At the beaches, we only warn about the amount of blue-green algae if the amount of blue algae is high or very high.

Bathing water sampling results in Espoo and Kauniainen can be found on this page.
