Property register
The information of the property register includes basic information of properties according to the national real estate information system (KTJ). According to the law, information to be entered in the property register includes area, formation data, registering date, shares of common areas and easements and rights relating to the property. In the city plan area, the valid town plan and separate plot subdivision as well as the purpose of use according to the town plan are also entered in the property register. The property register also includes a property register map showing valid property codes, property boundaries and boundary marks, etc. In addition, the property register includes information about parcels transferred from the property and building prohibitions in force.
