Kick-off meeting and starting declaration

The party launching a construction project must agree on the time of the kick-off meeting with the construction inspector, if the building permit requires having a meeting. The meeting must be called before starting construction. For all other construction work or operations subject to licence, a starting declaration must be made at the Building Controls construction inspector, if a kick-off meeting is not to be called. Before starting construction, the project must have a supervisor in charge.
