Municipal Services -study has been conducted since 1983. The study finds out the opinions of inhabitants of Espoo about the quality of municipal services and their own opinions about their welfare.

Health and welfare of adult population: The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) launched the Terve Suomi (Healthy Finland) study for the first time in 2022, replacing the previously conducted FinSote study. The Terve Suomi study targets individuals over the age of 20 and aims to assess aspects such as health, well-being, and the use of services. Nationwide results were published in 2023, and municipality-specific results were announced in spring 2024.

School Health Promotion Survey is conducted biyearly by THL. Information is collected from children attending the 8th and 9th grades of basic education, those studying in upper secondary schools and vocational schools, and children attending the 4th and 5th grades of basic education and their guardians.

Welfare report includes the most important information about inhabitants’ welfare and welfare goals by age groups for the next coming years.
