Streets and trafficEspoon keskusThe City of Espoo has started preparing a street plan for the Viskaalinkuja parking area. The aim of the plan is to improve both parking in the area and the network of charging points for electric cars. The Technical Services Committee approved the plans on 26 October 2022.

The plan includes allocating approximately 20 parking spaces for normal parking and fitting approximately 15 parking spaces with charging points for electric cars. This will improve both parking in the area and the network of charging points for electric cars in the vicinity of major road networks. The parking area will be constructed in two stages.
The draft street plan will be available at the otakantaa.fi website. Comments and questions on the draft can be submitted on the website for two weeks 20.5.-5.6.2022.
The street plan proposal to be finalised after the draft phase will be made available from 10 October to 24 October 2022. The parties concerned will be notified by letter of the presentation in public. The Technical Services Committee approved the plans on 26 October 2022.
