Town planning for the new Finnoo centre
Local detailed plansEspoonlahtiA new centre is planned for the Finnoo area complete with metro, residential, work and service blocks and recreational areas. As an important bird habitat, the area will be protected and the implementation of any measures important for protection will be ensured in the protective zones. The implementation of sustainable energy sources will be ensured through increasing the permitted building volume in the energy production plot. City Council has approved the plan 12.12.2022.
