The return decision significantly reduced the amount of the permitted building volume in the plans for the area. Planning will not continue, as implementing the plan would require a new exemption permit on the protection of flying squirrels, which the ELY Centre did not find the grounds to grant due to the significant decrease of permitted building volume.The objective of the local detailed plan was to allow housing and services.

There is a reservation for public transport in the park area located to the east of Kalastajantie and to the north of Suomenlahdentie. In addition to the park, there is also some block area reserved for the construction of a service station on the southern side. There is a block area for general buildings west of Kalastajantie, north of Suomenlahdentie. There are Siberian flying squirrels in the local detailed plan area.
