The city is planning an area for detached and semi-detached houses along Niipperintie. The objective of the amendment to the local detailed plan is to develop the old, sparsely built residential area. A strong network of local recreational areas will be planned in the area in addition to housing. There is a conservation area in the southern tip of the planning area. Niipperintie runs through the planning area from south to north.The participation and assessment scheme and preparation material are available for public review 27.5.–25.6.2024.
