Background information
The area is located northeast of Rastaspuisto alongside Heurlinintie, Maneesipolku and Jääskelänpolku. The area is also home to Leppävaara Manor and its grounds, two old residential buildings and a riding school.
A major recreational route from Lintuvaara to Karakallio runs through the area. The area is a locally significant cultural-historical environment.
The riding school’s operations will be taken into account and facilitated with the local detailed plan. The local detailed plan will factor in the cultural-historical, landscape-related and natural values.
