Local detailed plansKauklahtiNew detached and semi-detached houses and a public parking area are being planned for the area. The area is located in Vanttila, along Nissinmäentie. The amendment to the local detailed plan makes it possible to add three new plots to the existing area for detached or semi-detached houses. Moreover, the planning improves the transport arrangements in the area and allows vehicle access to two plots through the local recreational area. The plan has entered into force 29.9.2021.
