Local detailed plansTapiolaThe aim is to transform a block of commercial and office buildings into a block of residential buildings. The existing buildings will be demolished. The new constructions will be more efficient than the previous ones. The construction scale will be designed to match the surrounding area, which mainly consists of detached and semi-detached houses. Proposal is available for public review 13.11.–13.12.2023.
