5. For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is collected only for keeping statistics of the people applying for the mentorship program, and for communication if the respondent wants to participate in the program. The data will be destroyed after the end of the mentoring process.
6. On what grounds is personal data processed?
Grounds for processing in accordance with the GDPR.

7. What data is processed?
Data is only collected from voluntary applicants of the program, with their consent. The only data collected for statistical purposes is the title of the mentee, mentors age and their home city. The data collected for the purposes of participation in the program includes the name and e-mail address and or some of these data. Only the data necessary for the process is collected.

8. What are the sources of data?
The data is obtained directly from the respondents on the form. Providing data is voluntary.
9. Is data disclosed or transferred outside the city?
The data is not disclosed outside the City of Espoo.
10. Is data transferred outside the EU/EEA?
The data is not disclosed outside the City of Espoo.
11. How long is data stored?
Data is only stored for as long as is necessary from the perspective of the mentoring process.
12. How is data protected?
The data is stored in digital storage facilities managed by the City of Espoo. The data is protected so that it can only be viewed and used by an authorised employee.

1. How can I access my data?
You have the right to obtain from the data controller a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. The controller must provide the data without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests.
If the controller does not take action on the request of the data subject, the controller shall inform the data subject without delay and no later than within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action and on the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and seeking a judicial remedy.
Requests by the data subject and the related measures are free of charge. However, where requests from a data subject are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, the controller may either charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested; or refuse to take the action requested.
2. When can I request rectification of my data?
You have the right to have inaccurate, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unnecessary personal data that we retain, corrected or supplemented by us.
3. When can I request erasure of my data?
You have the right to have personal data concerning you erased by the data controller without undue delay.
4. When can I request restriction of processing of my data?
