OmaEspoo – secure online services regardless of time and place
The OmaEspoo service portal brings together the City of Espoo’s digital services in one place and makes service use smooth regardless of time and place.
Do you need help with city services? The goal of the OmaEspoo service portal is to offer Espoo residents a secure channel for online services. For example, submitting various applications becomes easier when paper forms are replaced with digital versions. You can use OmaEspoo either via chat or a contact form. In addition, the Eva chatbot assists you 24/7, especially when Espoo Info customer service advisors are not available via chat.
Services are gradually expanding
In OmaEspoo, you can request digital support and provide feedback on school transport matters. As the newest service, guardians can apply for fee reductions for after-school activity fees.
Currently, only part of the city’s services are available in the OmaEspoo service portal. However, you can find links to the city’s other online services, such as eVaka and Varaamo, on the “Other services” page in OmaEspoo.
The City of Espoo aims to gradually expand OmaEspoo services and bring together important services for residents conveniently in one place. We collect feedback on the functionality of OmaEspoo using the form on the portal’s front page. Please leave us feedback so that we can make OmaEspoo as functional and useful as possible for Espoo residents.
Logging in to OmaEspoo is recommended
You can use the chat and most services either anonymously or logged in. However, logging in is recommended. This way, you can view your open and processed contacts in OmaEspoo. You can also discuss your ongoing matters with Espoo Info customer service.
