Espoo Hobby Path invites hobby organisers to an information event on 2 September 2024

The Espoo Hobby Path is looking for organisations, companies, clubs and other operators to organise hobbies for children and young people in grades 3-9 after school hours. The activities are based on the children's and young people's own wishes, and are organised at schools, in the vicinity of schools and remotely. The Espoo Hobby Path implements the Finnish Model for Leisure Activities in Espoo.
The service providers of Espoo Hobby Path are selected through a two-phase procurement procedure. We develop effective hobby activities in Espoo in close cooperation with the service providers. We aim to ensure that the activities on Espoon Hobby Path are inclusive, sustainable and innovative. Our aim is to support the participation, agency and safety of children and young people, as well as their attachment to the community and society.
We organise an information event on the Espoo Hobby Path and the procurement procedure for new interested operators on Monday 2 September 2024 at 13.00-13.50. The event will take place on the Teams platform. Sign up for the event and the procurement email list using this Webropol form(external link, opens in a new window). A link to the event will be sent to those who sign up for the event.
The information session will be held in Finnish, but you can also ask questions in Swedish and English.
The two-phase procurement procedure and registration for the dynamic supplier register will open for new hobby operators in week 36 and close on 7 October 2024.
Note! The information event is aimed at those operators who are not yet part of the dynamic supplier register of the Espoo Hobby Path.
