The City of Espoo is looking for service providers interested in providing cultural services for children, young people and the elderly. Services for children and young people will be provided under the Culture Call and KULPS Culture Path programmes. Services for the elderly will be provided under the Culture Chain programme.

The service providers will be selected through a two-stage procedure:

  1. Apply to join the register of service providers. You can apply between 4 February and 8 March 2023 until 12:00. You do not have to commit to providing a specific amount of services.
  2. In the second stage, service providers accepted to the register will be able to receive invitations to tender and offer cultural services for children, young people and the elderly. Invitations to tender will only be sent to service providers acccepted to the register.

Apply to join the register

You can apply to join the register between 4 February and 8 March 2023 until 12:00. Apply through the invitation to join the register (osallistumispyyntö) on the Hankintailmoitukset.fi website www.hilma.fi(external link, opens in a new window). Behind the link, you will find a form that you have to fill in. Please read the details and requirements carefully through. The invitation to join the register is only available in Finnish. 

You should apply to join the register now if you wish to provide cultural services under the Culture Call, KULPS Culture Path or Culture Chain programmes. After this round, new operators will not be able to apply for at least a year. Service providers accepted to the register are not obliged to respond to invitations to tender, and the City of Espoo is not obliged to use their services.

When the invitation to join the register is open any additional questions should be submitted via the Tarjouspalvelu portal or via email to City of Espoo procurement hankinta@espoo.fi. Question will be answered collectively on the question-answer section of the process. Additional question must be submitted before 12 a.m. February 16, 2023.
