You can now book an appointment for non-urgent personal digital support

Do you find it difficult to use websites? Are you unsure how to use the HSL app or how to add attachments to your online application? Do not worry. Our digital support team is here to help you use online services independently and safely.

We are most familiar with the city’s own services as well as those offered by our partners (Helsinki Region Transport HSL and Kela), but we will do our best to help you with other services as well. We can figure them out together.

Fill in the digital support request form and we will contact you and book an appointment for you as soon as possible. Digital support appointments can be held remotely via Teams, over the phone or face-to-face at Espoo Info. Depending on the subject, we will reserve 30–60 minutes for your session. At Espoo Info, we can use the city’s devices but you can also bring your own device with you.
