Espoo is opening competitive tendering for service providers, who create arts and culture content for the Culture Call, KULPS – Culture Path and Culture Chain operating models. The information session on 31 October will provide more details on how to apply to become a service provider and how the procurement will proceed.

Espoo is opening competitive tendering for service providers, who create arts and culture content for the Culture Call, KULPS – Culture Path and Culture Chain operating models in the beginning of 2023. We are organising an information event for all interested service providers on Monday 31 October from 10.00–11.30. The event will be held in hybrid form, meaning you will be able to attend in Vindängensali (Tapiola) and via the Teams-platform. Those registering to participate remotely will receive a Teams link on Sunday 30 October. Register for the event via this Webropol form(external link).

Location: Vindängensali, Tuulikuja 6 B, 02100 Espoo (Tapiola). See the arrival instructions.

The information event will be held in Finnish. If you have questions about the event, please send an e-mail to kulps@espoo.fi.

The two-phase tendering process and registration to the register of service providers will open to all interested arts and cultural operators from the beginning of 2023 onwards. Information about the opening will be widely distributed. Espoo is using a respective register of service providers and competitive tendering process for the realisation of the Espoo Hobby Path.
