Hazardous waste collection vehicle visits Espoo in September

In September, Helsinki Region Environmental Services (HSY) will organise an additional hazardous waste collection tour in Espoo. The collection vehicle will visit 40 different locations between 5 and 20 September. Check out the schedule and collection locations here.(external link, opens in a new window)

The purpose of the tour is to offer recycling services in areas that currently do not have permanent collection points for hazardous waste. Examples of hazardous waste include paint, cleaning chemicals, fluorescent tubes, energy-saving light bulbs, aerosols and nail polish. Do not put hazardous waste in a rubbish bin or pour it down the drain.
