Green Jellies & White Chocolate Christmas Cookie
Ingredients
- 225 g butter
- 4 dl sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 5½ dl of wheat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g white chocolate
- 260 g Fazer Green Jellies
Instructions
- Beat the room-temperature butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one by one and mix until smooth.
- Stir together the wheat flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture into the batter. Stir until smooth.
- Chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Cut the green jellies into pieces. Gently blend both into the batter.
- Scoop the batter evenly onto a baking tray. The batter makes about 28–30 cookies.
- Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on the tray.
