Green Jellies & White Chocolate Christmas Cookie

Ingredients

  • 225 g butter
  • 4 dl sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 5½ dl of wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2½ tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 260 g Fazer Green Jellies

Instructions

  1. Beat the room-temperature butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one by one and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir together the wheat flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture into the batter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Cut the green jellies into pieces. Gently blend both into the batter.
  5. Scoop the batter evenly onto a baking tray. The batter makes about 28–30 cookies.
  6. Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on the tray.
