5. For what purpose will personal data be processed?
The personal data are mainly used for communication addressed to sports clubs. The data are used for electronic mailing. The data may also be used for statistical purposes.
6. On what grounds will personal data be processed?
The processing of personal data in the register regarding private individuals is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

8. What are the sources of data?
Customer data are obtained from the customers themselves with their consent. The data are collected in the register when the person subscribes online to the newsletter that will be emailed to them.
9. Will data be disclosed or transferred outside the city?
Liana Technologies’ LianaMailer processes the personal data in the register to the extent required for managing the newsletter service it maintains.
Personal data can only be disclosed as a response to a specific request for information to persons who have the right to access them if the legal requirements for their disclosure are met.
10. Will data be transferred outside the EU/EEA?
Data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA.
11. How long will the data be stored?
Data can be deleted at the customer’s request or because the customer relationship ends. The customer can cancel their subscription using the unsubscribe link in the electronic newsletter.
12. How will data be protected?
The personal data are processed in a way that ensures their appropriate security, including safeguards (Article 5(1)(f) GDPR). The processing of data is regulated by such considerations as purpose limitation and the requirements of necessity and accuracy.
Electronic administration systems: The register is managed by Liana Technologies’ LianaMailer, which is located in a controlled data center. The register data can only be accessed by representatives designated by the controller to perform their duties and the system administrator of Liana Mailer who has a user ID and a regularly changing password. The controller only has the right of access to the data.
Manual documents are stored in locked facilities and destroyed by shredding.
