Public notice: Application for regular time slots available at schools for the period 22 August–2 December 2022 and 9 January–5 May 2023
School classrooms, auditoriums, dining halls and lobbies
The City of Espoo offers time slots in certain school classrooms, auditoriums, dining halls and lobbies for teaching, hobbies, meetings, associations’ activities and other use for the period 22 August–2 December 2022 and 9 January–5 May 2023.
The application period starts on Monday 23 May and ends on Monday 6 June 2022. Applications must be submitted through the resource booking system.
Applicants will be informed of granted time slots by Friday 12 August 2022.
Time slots are mainly available from Monday to Friday between 16:00/17:00 and 21:00. The availability of time slots may depend on the day of the week, and at some schools, time slots are also available at weekends. The resource booking system contains detailed lists of the time slots that are available at each school.
