I am Tytti Saari, representing Espoo Catering Oy in the PRO 2026 Professional Kitchen Manager category. Over my career I have worked as a cook, diet cook, and food service supervisor. Today I am responsible for production at the Espoo area kitchen and for the kitchen staff of five schools and eleven daycare centers. With nearly 29 years of experience, I know kitchen environments inside out. The best part of my work is seeing the team get inspired by new ideas and achieve our goals together – always keeping the customer at the center. With skill, heart, and teamwork we deliver results!

I am Alla Fedorova, working as a food service worker in Viherlaakso Kitchen. I am honored to represent Espoo Catering in the PRO Gala in the Professional Kitchen Employee category. I graduated as a waiter from Omnia in 2020 and started working for Espoo Catering in 2021. Viherlaakso Kitchen prepares about 1,500 portions every day and serves daycare centers, high school students, and secondary school students. We have a fantastic team spirit, and I truly enjoy my work and our wonderful customers every day!

I am Miia Nousiainen, honored to represent Espoo Catering Oy in the PRO 2026 Professional Kitchen Cook category. I started my career in 2002 and have worked in many types of kitchens, from daycare centers to senior centers. Today I work in Kilo Production Kitchen as a team cook in basic production and study for a supervisor qualification. Moving to Kilo has been a real professional boost, and I highly value the diversity and expertise of my colleagues. I truly believe that “learning never ends” – continuous learning is the spice of working life!
