Espoo Info Service Point offers service advice and guidance in matters concerning the City of Espoo and its partners.

Our Service Advisers guide you in matters concerning the City of Espoo, Helsinki Regional Transport, the box office Lippupiste and Finnish Social Insurance Institution Kela. You can also collect tourist maps and outdoor recreation maps. We are happy to advise you about places to visit in Espoo. We welcome you to contact us as you like - send us an email, give us a call or come in to see us.

You can also use computers and print documents.

Drop off your mail to the City of Espoo and Kela at the Customer Services during our opening hours. You can buy Travel cards, Day Tickets for public transport and Lippupiste's event tickets.

The Service point is located at Iso Omena Service Centre on the 3rd floor.

We give out que numbers on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays until 4.45 PM and on Wednesdays until 5.45 PM. We serve customers from que until 5 PM. On Wednesdays, we serve customers from que until 6 PM.

The route to the main entrance

The 4 accessible parking spaces are located in a parking hall over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 m.
The parking hall has a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door opens automatically. The lift takes directly to the customer service point. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

The main entrance

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.

In the facility

The customer service point is located on floor 3.
For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door opens automatically. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
The customer service point has directions to the different facilities.
The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly.
The waiting room of the customer service point has a queue number system and seats.
The customer service point has a portable induction loop.
The customer service point has an accessible toilet on the same floor.
