HSL service fees at Espoo Info service points as of 1 January 2026

Service fees do not apply to:

• People with disabilities (account top-up and/or customer group update)
• The following customer groups are not charged for updating their customer group: people who receive a national or guarantee pension or a rehabilitation subsidy from Kela, people aged 70 and over, people with reduced mobility, students whose discount entitlement cannot be checked via the My Studyinfo service of the Finnish National Agency for Education and who therefore cannot buy a discount ticket through the HSL app, and exchange students.
• Correcting errors made by customer service or sales points
