Sports facility fees

1. City's own exercise groups.
    
2. Sports activities for children and young people under the age of 20 organized by registered sports clubs and associations in Espoo.
    
3. Basic education in the arts-related sports activities for children and young people under the age of 20.
    
4. Competitions, tournaments, events, and sports activities for adults at the highest national and international levels.
    
5. Competitions, tournaments, events, and sports activities for children and young people at the highest national and international levels.
    
6. Health-enhancing physical activities for adults organized by registered sports clubs and associations in Espoo, activities organized by youth and student organizations in Espoo, and collaborative activities between the city's Sports and Exercise Services and sports clubs and associations.
    
7. Other sports activities organized by the city, such as those at the Omnia adult education center.
    
8. Sports activities organized by registered seniors' associations in Espoo.
    
9. Sports activities organized by other communities in Espoo (parent associations and homeowner associations).
    
10. Sports activities organized by companies based in Espoo.
     
11. Sports activities organized by private individuals residing in Espoo.
     
12. Sports activities organized by individuals and communities from outside Espoo.
     
13. Other activities.

Price Group 1

• Sports activities for under 20-year-olds by registered sports clubs, associations, and organizations in Espoo
• Teams for under 20-year-olds operating in the form of limited companies in Espoo
• Special sports and pensioner organizations in Espoo
• Sports activities for youth and student organizations registered in Espoo
• Adult education center's sports course activities targeting youth, senior citizens, and special groups
• Sports activities for under 20-year-olds by youth and student organizations in Espoo
• Private schools and private daycares in Espoo
   

Price Group 2

• Sports activities for adults by registered sports clubs, associations, and organizations in Espoo
• Adult teams operating in the form of limited companies in Espoo
   
• Sports activities for adults in various sports federations

Price Group 3

• Full price will be charged for spaces unless the activity falls under price groups 1 or 2
• Full price will be charged for a booking that is not canceled
   

Cancellation of usage slots must be done in writing via email to liikuntapaikkavaraukset@espoo.fi at least 5 days before the scheduled usage slot. Failure to cancel a reserved slot will result in billing according to Price Group I.

Right to Cancel Usage Slots:

The Sports and Exercise Services reserve the right to cancel a usage slot either entirely or temporarily if the facility is rented for a game, competition, or event.

Usage Outside Opening Hours:

For usage of sports facilities outside their regular opening hours, a separate usage fee will be charged, corresponding to the costs incurred by the Sports and Exercise Services.

Charges for Ticketed Events:

For ticketed events and matches, the billing will be based on the duration the facility, including performance areas, is unavailable for other uses.

Free Usage of Sports Facilities:

Usage slots reserved for war veterans, civilian veterans, and city occupational health care staff for staff rehabilitation are free of charge.

Free usage also extends to Espoo city daycares, comprehensive schools, high schools, Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education's educational institutions during their physical education classes, purchased daycare facilities, family daycare providers' child groups, and public ice skating sessions. The free usage applies to the times during scheduled physical education classes as per the curriculum.

Advertisements and Sales Activities:

Advertising and sales activities organized by users at sports facilities and areas are only allowed with the permission of the Sports and Exercise Services.
