Snow dumping The City of Espoo has one snow dump, for entrepreneurs only. The address is Vanttilantie 9, Vanttila. The snow dump is open every day from 7:00 to 17:00. Price is 20 EUR + 24% VAT. You are not allowed to dump snow in any other area owned by the city. Snow dumping is permitted at the site in accordance with the terms of use and instructions of the site manager. You are not allowed to bring construction waste or any other waste to the dump, just snow. If the gate to the site is closed, snow dumping is not allowed on the site or next to it. The transporter enters their vehicles into the system and fills in the permit application. It is recommended to submit the applications as early as possible before the winter season begins in order to avoid congestion in application processing.
