Snow dumping

The City of Espoo has one snow dump, for entrepreneurs only. The address is Vanttilantie 9, Vanttila. The snow dump is open daily from 7:00 to 22:00. You must register for the Loihde-Materia e-service to be able to dump snow in the snow dump area. Snow collection price in 2026: €25.00 + VAT The snow collection system is based on electronic vehicle registration number recognition. If the gate to the site is closed, snow dumping is not allowed on or near it. Remember that the snow should fit on each property's own plot. Snow may not be piled on a neighbor's or the city's plot, road or green area.
