Lost boundary marker
If a boundary marker indicating a boundary of the plot has disappeared or there is a dispute or doubt about the position of a boundary between two plots, the determination of a boundary may be executed at the written application of the plot owner. The application can be submitted either through the electronic service (online application) or by sending it by post. The boundary will be determined in a process which lasts approximately 2 months and costs €680, including 2 boundary markers. Any subsequent boundary markers cost €110 per marker. If there is no dispute between the neighbours about the position of the boundary and there is no desire to have the boundary officially remarked in the terrain, the landowner may order an indication of the position of the boundary.
