Interest subsidy loans and loans against a personal guarantee for the building, fundamental improvement and purchase of rental and right-of-occupancy buildings are applied for from the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA). The application is submitted to the municipality, which issues a recommendation or statement for the project and sends the application to ARA.
