The planning of the renovation of the Töyrylaakso playground (Alamäentie 5 02760 Espoo) has been completed.

The aim of the renovation is to enhance the safety and comfort of the playground by replacing the playground equipment, fixtures and other structures.

Planning progress:

The final plan has now been completed and it can be found as an attachment at the bottom of the page under downloadable files. A written description of the content of the plan (in Finnish) is also attached as well as pictures of the new play equipment and furniture.

The planning of the playground was launched with a resident survey related to the project, which was available online between 9.12.2021 – 9.1.2022. Based on the responses received, a draft plan was drawn up, and made available on this website. The draft plan was available for commenting online between 24.2.2022 - 13.3.2022. Comments and feedback were also welcome by e-mail and telephone. No comments were received about the draft plan. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the customary residents’ event could not be organised.

Construction schedule:

The playground construction will take place in the autumn of 2023.
