The area has a memory service centre, a former home economics college and two old residential buildings (block 61081, plot 8). New residential buildings between the memory service centre and the existing residential buildings are being planned for the site. The former home economics college’s situation is being reviewed. The old residential buildings will be protected. The participation and assessment scheme and the preparatory materials of the plan are available from 25.5.2026 to 23.6.2026 You can review the material on the Finnish site for the plan under Valmisteluvaihe and Selvitykset ja suunnitelmat. The plan is estimated to proceed to the proposal stage in the spring season of 2027.
