Sinimäki development area

Land use reviews are visions or plans for a specific area. Sinimäki will be developed into a diverse entity including both workplaces and housing. The area currently consists of workplaces. The City Planning Department has received enquiries from the local landowners about re-planning the area for housing. When reviewing the land use, various options related to urban structure will be studied as a possible basis for the town planning. The town planning has not yet been scheduled.
