Regional parking in Kaitaa

A phased amendment to a detailed plan means that only individual regulations or markings are changed in the existing detailed plan. The previous detailed plan remains in force in other respects. 

The parking facilities in question have been provided with more parking space than the local detailed plan currently requires for the blocks marked in the plan map. The amendment will also make it possible to place parking spaces of other blocks in the parking facilities in question, and will thus increase flexibility in the development of the Finnoo area. The amendment has no impact on the parking solutions of the currently realised residential blocks. In all other respects, the current local detailed plans will remain in force.
