Park plans for Perusmäenreitti, Uudismaanpuisto and Perusmäenkorpi
ParksKalajärviEspoo’s Public Works Department is planning two park paths, named Perusmäenreitti and Uudismaanpolku, in accordance with the detailed plan for the Uudismaanpuisto, Kannonnokka and Perusmäenkorpi parks. The existing trees and terrain will be taken into consideration as much as possible when determining the placement of the paths.

Design
Perusmäenreitti will be planned in two separate sections: between Uudisasukkaantie and Perusmäen puistotie, and between Perusmäen puistotie and Korpipalstanpolku. The aim is to connect Perusmäenreitti to the park paths in the Gobbacka area south of Uudisasukkaantie.
Uudismaanpolku is planned between the pedestrian and cycling routes previously planned for the park.
You can comment on the draft park plan at www.otakantaa.fi(external link, opens in a new window) from 15 to 29 September 2026.
After the draft stage, the finalised park plan will be approved and interested parties will be informed of the decision.
The park paths are scheduled to be constructed in 2027.
