Local detailed plansThe plan is to have green buildings that resemble a city centre in the amendment area of Maininkipuisto’s local detailed plan. Services will be located in the bottom-floor space of the residential buildings. The recreational route that travels through the area and between the sea shore and Sammalvuori will be further developed as an urban park zone. Proposal is available for public review 17.10.–15.11.2022.
